2022 Grad Hoodie Order Form
- Use this page to submit your order for the 2022 Grad Hoodie.
- The Cost of the 2022 Grad hoodie will be $82 (This includes the Hoodie, Full Embroidery, personalization on sleeve and all taxes)
- Once you fill out this form an Invoice will be sent to you for Payment (enter the email you want invoice to go to)
- Payment can be made online through the link you will receive by Credit Card, or you can bring a cheque to Mr. Pinto, your SLG leader or Mrs. Klatt in the office.
- Hoodies will be ordered once all Payments have been received. (Order Forms and Payments due by Tuesday February 22, 2022)
- Hoodies will be ready 3-4 weeks after we order.
- Make sure you add your name that you want embroidered on your sleeve - If you don't want personalization leave it blank (but it is included in price)
